Product walkthrough

See a real task go from request to approval.

A 30–60 second walkthrough is being prepared to show the subscription-audit flow: share the outcome, review the work, and approve the next action. The product demo will be added here when it is ready.

Read the planned demo transcript

The walkthrough will show a customer entering a provider name, account email, and desired outcome; TidyPilot returning a clear review; and the customer choosing whether to approve an external action. Captions and a full transcript will ship with the video.

One operating loop

One less thread for both of you to carry.

When the errands, bills, and email follow-ups keep getting moved to next week, TidyPilot gives your household a simple way to move one task forward.

Step 1

Name the outcome

Tell us which provider you are dealing with, the account email, and whether you want a review or a cancellation.

Step 2

Review the recommendation

TidyPilot organizes the details and returns the next step, so you are not chasing old emails between meetings.

Step 3

Approve the action

Nothing is canceled or changed outside TidyPilot until you explicitly approve it.

Security & privacy

The minimum context. The final say stays with you.

TidyPilot's current subscription-audit intake is deliberately narrow. It is designed to help you start a request without handing over account credentials.

What we ask for

Provider name, the account email used with that provider, and your desired outcome.

What we never ask for

TidyPilot never asks for or stores provider passwords. Please do not share passwords, payment details, or verification codes in a request.

What happens next

No cancellation or other external action occurs without your explicit approval. TidyPilot presents the information first, then waits for your decision.

Data handling during early access

TidyPilot retains the account and request information needed to provide the current service. A detailed retention schedule is not published yet; use the form below to request deletion of your account and request data.

Early-access notes

Built with the first households, not fictional success stories.

TidyPilot is still collecting verified beta outcomes and customer permission to share them. Until then, we will not publish made-up quotes, savings figures, or waitlist numbers.

Future beta case study

A verified customer story will appear here with the task, approved outcome, and customer-approved results once available.
